CONTRACTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT This CONTRACTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this 22" d day of February, 2023, by and between the Sherburne/Wright Counties Cable Communications Commission, a municipal joint powers entity (the "Commission") and Jackson Groskreutz, an individual person (the "Contractor") (collectively, the "Parties"). RECITALS WHEREAS, the Commission desires to contract with Contractor to provide videographer services for specific events; and WHEREAS, the Contractor agrees to provide videographer services for the events; and NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, terms, conditions and representations contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: AGREEMENT 1. Term and Termination. This Agreement shall be effective on the date entered above. This Agreement shall terminate on December 31, 2023, unless the parties agree to extend the term in writing. This Agreement may also be terminated by either party at any time by providing 30 days' written notice as described below. 2. Events.
