As the city is working through an update of its site, staff has previously mentioned to the <br />EDA the possibility of migrating some or all of the economic development web content to the city page. <br /> <br />Simultaneously, Golden Shovel is proposing some updates that would provide a new look and refresh of the site, <br />which is an included service by Golden Shovel periodically. Staff is presently working with Golden Shovel on <br />those design updates. Staff will be seeking feedback over the coming months on the EDA’s website goals <br />including feedback on the current design, functionality, and the pros and cons of integrating with the city <br />webpage. Staff envisions future discussions which may include a work session or a temporary website committee <br />to work on these items. <br /> <br />Also included are the metrics from the Q1 analytics report. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Support Elk River’s existing businesses through relationship building, programmatic offerings, and high-quality <br />city services.
