He is also <br />working with his attorney to put together an action plan to address the <br />concerns of the neighbors. <br />Because of the requested extension, the city is extending the 60-da�T <br />timeline to August 24, 2023. The 60-day letter emailed to the applicant is <br />attached. The cit�r expects the Planning Commission to now review the <br />Conditional Use permit on JulyT 25, 2023, and the Cit�r Council on August <br />21, 2023. <br />Planning Commission Public Hearing <br />As the applicant `vas unable to attend the MayT 23 Planning Commission <br />meeting, the Commission reviewed the request, provided <br />questions/comments, and opened the public hearing. <br />� <br />• <br />CR 33 <br />� <br />� <br />z <br />Rft 1 � � i <br />� � <br />NwY io � I <br />' �' CR 12 <br />�� ! <br />�� <br />"wy <br />,o <br />f9 <br />Figure I <br />During the MayT 23, 2023, Planning Commission meeting the public comments, concerns, and questions regarding <br />the applicant's request were as follows: why is an industrial use allowed in a residential district; multiple dumpsters <br />`vith trash blo`ving; equipment entering and e�ting the building; shallow wells in the area (one `vell is about 40 <br />feet from the yrard); junk stored outside of the fenced in aYea; not zoned commercial; are hazardous liquids leaking <br />on the ground; is there flammable tank storage; lights at night; skid steer noise early in the morning; activities seen <br />as late as midnight; are vehicles power washed and if so where is the runoff water going; is diesel stored on the <br />propert�T; propertyT value when theyT wish to sell in the future; watershed impacts; will there ever be access from <br />the cul-de-sac; are theYe weight restrictions on cityr streets. <br />Staff inet with the applicant on May 31 to discuss the Planning Commission meeting.
