The proposed plat consists of five single family lots. <br /> <br />Staff is recommending preserving access to the city owned unofficially named “Boy Scout” island that is <br />intermittently used by the Scouts. Access to the property can be challenging across Orono Lake water or a small <br />portion of land to the far west. <br /> <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Trails Master Plan <br />The Parks and Trails Master Plan indicates two existing trails on Hwy 10. One is on the north side leading into <br />the property.
