Call Meeting To Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River <br />Park and Recreation Commission was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by <br />Chair Anderson. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Consider 6/9/93 Park and Recreation Commission Agenda <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER OLSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE 6/9/93 PARK AND RECREATION <br />AGENDA. COMMISSION DALEIDEN SECONDED THE AGENDA. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />3-0 <br /> <br />3. Discussion on Mississippi Oaks Park Dedication Requirements <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf stated <br />recommendation approving <br />southwestern corner of <br />the development. <br /> <br />that the City Council had accepted his <br />the inclusion of the trail section on the <br />the Mississippi Oaks plat in the first phase of <br /> <br />Gordon Moldenhauer explained that as developers, <br />inclusion of three lots (on the southwest corner <br />Elgin Street) from Phase II as the one acre required <br />the Phase I development. <br /> <br />they propose <br />of 180th Avenue <br />park property <br /> <br />the <br />and <br />in <br /> <br />Chair Anderson asked <br />one and one-half acres <br /> <br />if the developer would consider making the park <br />instead of one acre.
