City Elk <br />River <br />Ordinance 23 - 09 <br />to be removed <br />Underlines to be added <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter, 30-1294, 1-3 General Industrial District, of the <br />City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That § 30-1294 (b), Permitted Uses, of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances <br />shall be amended to read as follows: <br />(b) Permitted user. Permitted uses in the I-3 district are as follows: <br />(1) Bottling and distribution. <br />(2) Business offices. <br />(3) Manufacturing, light. <br />(4) Motor vehicle repair shops. <br />i5J Motor vehicle sales. <br />(�6) Research and development facilities. <br />(67) Warehouse spaces. <br />(7-8) Wholesale businesses. <br />SECTION 2.
