The
WTRP storage garage was changed to $17,600, PIF (the current 2023 tax assessment amount) and the remaining
balance from $132,400 Park Dedication. Originally, it was $150,000 from PIF.

The Lions playground was changed to $100,000 PIF (cost to replace the current container) and the remaining
balance from $309,000 Park Dedication. It was originally $200,000 PIF.

Two additional adjustments recommended by the Commission include removing the $280,000 for the Ninja
Playground from Park Dedication and delaying the replacement of the Country Crossing playground by one year,
to 2025.

Financial Impact
Changes were made to the park funds with the objective of allocating funds in the amount of $409,000 to
purchase the Lion John Weicht Playground design recommended by the Commission.

Mission/Policy/Goal
Opportunity to live, work and play

Attachments
PIF and Park Dedication fund updated spreadsheets.
