HKGi has prepared a proposal to assist the City of Elk River with the process of updating three <br />community scale park Master Plans to incorporate the recent findings and recommendations from the <br />Athletic Fields Analysis. <br /> <br />Staff recommended an Athletic Facilities Master Plan Committee of no more than three Commission members will <br />regularly meet with staff and HKGi during 2023. The plan is to have the draft complete by late fall of 2023. <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />The Park Improvement Fund includes $45,000 for professional services to complete the Master Plan updates for <br />YAC, OKAC and DAAC. <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Opportunity to live, work and play <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> None <br /> <br />
