<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />JUNE 2, 1975 <br /> <br />th <br />Dave Goddard appeared about 4 Addition Avon Acres. Frontage road is not up to standard. Mr. <br />Caswell agreed to meet with Mr. Goddard and Laurence Kreger and go over problem. <br /> <br />Donald Biddick asked about abandoned road. Road in question was abandoned in Feb 1968 <br /> <br />Keith Caswell presented diagram on Westwood Addition. As recommended present 12 storm sewer <br />be extended up Lake St and Albany to Meadowvale Road. Est Cost $10,000.00 <br /> <br />Cost may be assessed to property owners in affected area or paid by Twp in general. <br /> <br />Special Twp meeting must be called before project can be done. <br /> <br />th <br />Next meeting on problem to be June 16 to further discuss problem and arrange for Twp meeting. <br /> <br />Letter presented on Dressig land. Bard gave vacating permission. <br /> <br />Motion by E. Rathbun seconded by E. Specht to pay $1250.00 toward construction of bike path to <br />Lake Orono. Carried. <br /> <br />$2,000.00 payment made to joint park board. <br /> <br />Beer license for fast pitch league tabled for two weeks on motion by E Rathbun seconded by E <br />Specht.
