<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />JANUARY 7, 1974 <br /> <br />The monthly meeting of the Elk River Town Board was called to order by the chairman EL Specht. <br />Mr. Brenteson presented his bill for services which was ordered paid. Mr. and Mrs. Lucas appeared <br />before the Board. They reported that they have approximately 262 names for signers on their <br />petition to change the township names for house and road names and numbers. <br /> <br />It was moved by F Madsen seconded by E. Schulke that Ebner’s Live Bait off Sale beer license be <br />approved. So carried. Laurence Kreger and Harry Lakoduk appeared to see if the township has <br />looked at the new road on the west side of Lakoduk plat. They were told this has not been done. A <br />motion was made and seconded that the meeting adjourn.
