<br />Meeting of the <br />Heritage Preservation Commission <br />Elk River City Hall – Uppertown Conference Room <br />Thursday, January 19, 2023 <br /> <br /> <br />Members Present: Chair Lance Lindberg, Commissioners Michele Cole, Zachary <br />Griffiths, Mike Hangaard, and Tony Mauren <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Debra Mortensen <br /> <br />Also Present: Councilmember/Liaison Cory Grupa <br /> <br />Staff Present: Community Development Director Zack Carlton <br /> <br />1. Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Heritage Preservation <br />Commission was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chair Lindberg. <br /> <br />2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> <br />3. Consider January 19, 2023, Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Mauren and seconded by Commissioner Griffiths to <br />approve the January 19, 2023, agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />4. Minutes of November 17, 2022, Heritage Preservation Commission <br />meeting <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Mauren and seconded by Commissioner Griffiths to <br />approve the November 17, 2022, meeting minutes. <br /> <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />5.1 Elk River Documentary <br />Commissioner Griffiths stated the video is still a work in progress and an extended <br />trailer, around 13 minutes, was presented at the Farmer’s Market. Mr. Carlton noted <br />that he will forward a link for the video to all Commissioners. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
