<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />TO: <br />ERMU Commission <br />FROM: <br />Sara Youngs – Administrations Director <br />MEETING DATE: <br />March 14, 2023 <br />AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br />6.1b <br />SUBJECT: <br />Staff Update <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />None <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: <br />• Office walk-in traffic for February consisted of 75 customers, averaging 19 customers per <br />week over the 4-week period. <br /> <br />• ERMU red tag notification count for February under the Cold Weather Rule. <br />o Cycle 2 – 12 red tag notifications <br />o Cycle 3 – 25 red tag notifications and 1 disconnection <br />o Cycle 4 – 13 red tag notifications <br />o Cycle 1 – 44 red tag notifications <br /> <br />• During the month of February 2023, the customer service team entered 45 payment <br />arrangements with customers. During February 2022 there were also 45 payment <br />arrangements. <br /> <br />• ReAnna Newman started as our new customer service representative on February 28, <br />and we are excited to have her on our team! When not working she enjoys being <br />outdoors, spending time with her puppies, and is an avid softball player. <br /> <br />• On March 7, I attended my first energy audit at the Furniture and Things Community <br />Event Center along with the conservation & key accounts manager, a representative <br />from Energy Management Solutions, and a representative from the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />246
