<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />DECEMBER 4, 1972 <br /> <br />The monthly meeting of Elk River Township was called to order by chairman F. Madsen. <br /> <br />The first order of business was a report that Frank Madsen and Earl Schulke went out on Saturday <br />nd <br />Dec 2 and inspected the new roads in the Lakoduk plats. Also the new road north of Little Twin <br />Lake. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Earl Schulke seconded by F Madsen that the above mentioned roads be <br />accepted subject to back slope dressing up in the spring and seeding of same. Motion carried. Harry <br />Lakoduk presented certificate in the amount of $4000.00 as performance bonds to insure paving of <br />roads in plat. Payment to Kreger to be paid less 10% until completion.
