<br />ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING <br />MARCH 28, 1972 <br /> <br />A special meeting was called to order by the chairman Franklin Madsen. The purpose of the meeting <br />was to discuss names or numbering Elk River Township. Mr. Rollie Anderson came on an advisory <br />capacity to help give direction to our systems. He explained the Mpls and St. Paul systems. Mr. <br />Anderson recommended that one direction be names and the other direction be numbered.
