The intent of that ordinance was to rezone all the city <br />owned lots within the proposed subdivision. Unfortunately, an <br />incomplete legal description was used for the ordinance, and a portion <br />of the area intended to be rezoned was not included. <br /> <br />The proposal from staff uses the current lot and block legal <br />descriptions to correctly rezone the intended parcels.
