It is <br />anticipated that the taskforce meet until June 2007 in order to complete the redevelopment <br />plan. <br /> <br />th <br />December 4 Agenda <br />th <br />Please see the attached minutes from the November 6 meeting. You will be asked to <br />th <br />consider approval of these minutes at the December 4 meeting. Also attached is the <br />th <br />December 4 agenda. The main goals of the meeting are as follows: <br /> <br /> Finalize redevelopment area boundary <br /> Redefine downtown <br /> Complete a Strength Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis <br /> <br />th <br />The final attachment is the redevelopment area boundary discussed at the November 6 <br />meeting. The taskforce will be asked to finalize the boundary based on the fact that it <br />includes the following components: <br /> <br /> The “core” commercial/retail areas (both the north and south sides of Hwy 10) <br /> Single family neighborhoods <br /> Critical recreational amenities <br /> <br />
