Part of this background and education has included the following guest <br />speakers: <br /> <br />Michael Schroeder, LHB Architects & Engineers <br />• Designing along the river <br />• Sense of place and how it relates to historic preservation <br />• Downtown redevelopment principles <br /> <br />Frank Dunbar, Dunbar Development & Mark Moorhouse, Dominium, Inc. <br />• Market perspective of the redevelopment area <br /> <br />Terry Maurer, City Engineer <br />• Interregional Corridor Study as it relates to Hwy 10 through the downtown area <br />• Options and issues for Hwy 10 as it relates to the redevelopment plan <br /> <br />Presentation <br />Tonight’s presentation will include two guest speakers, Michael Koop of the State Historic <br />Preservation Office and Bonnie McDonald of the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota. <br />Speaker biographies are attached. The main goal of the presentation will be to discuss <br />preservation in the context of redevelopment.
