Of <br />.ver <br />The Economic Development Authority for the <br />City Of Elk River, Minnesota <br />Resolution No. 23-01 <br />A Resolution Approving Amendments to Bylaws <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners ("Board") of The Economic Development <br />Authority for the City of Elk River, Minnesota (the "Authority") has considered certain <br />proposed amendments to its Bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 5.1 of the Bylaws provides for amendments to the Bylaws by a vote <br />of a majority of the Board present at any regular or special meeting of the Authority; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board has determined that it is reasonable, expedient and in the best <br />interest of the public to amend the Bylaws as reflected in the Bylaws attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Authority hereby approves the <br />amended Bylaws in the form attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A. <br />Passed and adopted this I / day ofLUa�2023. <br />ATTEST: <br />xecutive Director <br />President, Economic Development Authority <br />r 0 w E A E 1 0 1 <br />NATUR EE <br />
