<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER REGUALR MEETING CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 13, 1913 <br /> <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Village Council was held on Wednesday evening August 13, 1913, at the <br />office of Charles F. Furman. <br /> <br />Present: Charles F. Furman President, F.M. Plank, E.E. Scott and Ed Keagan Trustees, W.F. <br />Chadbourne, Clerk. <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and on motion allowed. <br />Geo. Martinson – blacksmith work - $6.75 <br />R.D. Roath – balance due on road work - $6.75 <br />John Blocker – balance due on road work - $2.25 <br />Ed Healey – balance due on sewer work - $4.75 <br />The Grand Bridge Col – for {illegible} at bridge - $75.00 <br /> <br />The President appointed F.M.
