<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER REGUALR MEETING CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 9, 1913 <br /> <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Village Council was held on Wednesday evening July 9, 1913, at the office <br />of Charles F. Furman. <br /> <br />Present: Charles F. Furman President, F. M. Plank and E.E. Scott Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne, <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />The meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills. <br /> <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and on motion allowed clerk ordered to draw order for their <br />respective amount. <br />W.G. Babcock Sons Co. - $183.36 <br />John Hamlet – oil - $11.55 <br />Geo. Martinson – {illegible} – 8.50 <br />C.D. Lashbook – assessing - $45.00 <br />W.R. Smith for Mrs. Kane - $10.73 <br />Town of Otsego – {illegible} – 3.30 <br />C.J. Furman – 1 day board of equalization - $3.00 <br />M.F. Chadbourne – 1 day board of equalization - $3.00 <br /> <br />On motion resolved to pay John Hamlet $10.00 per month for sprinkling streets during the summer. <br /> <br />No further business adjourned. <br /> <br />W.F.
