<br />VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 23, 1910 <br /> <br /> <br />The Common Council met at the Bank of Elk River. <br /> <br />Members present: F.L. Salter, President, B. Carr, J. Virgin, L. Pollard, trustees, O.J. Whitman, <br />recorder. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by the President at 10:45 a.m. Minutes of last meeting were read and <br />approved. <br /> <br />Application of Andrew C. Morgan to have liquor license of M.C. Blanchette transferred to Andrew <br />C. Morgan was presented and notice of said application was ordered permitted in the Sherburne <br />County Star News for two weeks, the sum of five dollars was deposited to cover cost of such <br />publication.
