Herrick <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by the Pres. at 8 o’clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following bills were presented and on motion allowed. Ludvic repairs on siren and lawn mower 2.00 <br />Maurice Goodwin tapping water main 3 times 6.00 <br />W.S. Daley Co. marshal badge 3.84 <br />E.R. Power and Light Co repairs on street lights 5.00 <br />Pittsburgh Meter Co 1-doz meters 176.13 <br />N.P. Ry Co freight on 1 doz meters 3.84 <br />Chas. Roggatz hauling sand 32.00 <br />H.R. Caley Co goods for st repairs 10.29 <br />Standard Oil Co gas 1.46 <br />Star-News printing proceedings 4.50 <br /> <br />On motion, duly made, seconded and declared carried the following Resolution was unanimously <br />adopted <br /> <br />Resolved: That the sum of 300.00 be donated from the General Fund to the Sherburne Co Fair <br />Assn for Aid to Fair to be held Sept 1926 <br /> <br />Clerk authorized to draw warrant for same <br /> <br />W.H. Clements Street Co was instructed to repair sidewalks at the school house and also to grade <br />Thomas St between Main and Depot St west of School house. <br /> <br />Some discussion was had relative to the parking of autos on the streets of Elk River. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 13 was read which forbids double parking. Parking on corners. Leaving Engine <br />running. Parking on Pavement etc. <br /> <br /> <br />
