Meeting of the <br />Elk River Planning Commission <br />Held at Elk River City Hall <br />Tuesday, October 25, 2022 <br />Members Present: Chair Jill Larson -Vito, Commissioners Perry Beise, Dennis Booth, <br />Eric Johnson, Craig Keisling, Tony Mauren, and Rob Rydberg <br />Members Absent: none <br />Also Present: Councilmember/Liaison Mike Beyer <br />Staff Present: Community Development Director Zack Carlton, Senior Planner <br />Chris Leeseberg, and Sr. Admin. Assistant/Recording Secretary <br />Jennifer Green <br />I . Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Planning <br />Commission was called to order at 6:32 p.m. by Chair Larson -Vito. <br />2. Consider October 25, 2022, Planning Commission Agenda <br />Moved by Commissioner Beise and seconded by Commissioner Keisling to <br />approve the October 25, 2022, Planning Commission as presented. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />3. Consider September 27, 2022, Planning Commission Minutes <br />Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Booth to <br />approve the September 27, 2022, Planning Commission minutes as presented. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />4.1 Eduard Yukimchuck for E & Y Auto Parks — 20266 Yale St. NW <br />■ Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation (salvage yard), Case No. CU <br />22-21 <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. The applicant wrote an email to staff <br />indicating that after reviewing the staff report, they felt there was a misunderstanding <br />with staff and indicated they were not operating a business. Therefore, the applicant <br />withdrew his request for a CUP. <br />
