Attached are copies of the two bill <br />inserts. <br />• Social media posts for the month cover topics such as the inserts being sent out this <br />month, the commercial rebate program highlighting a rebate given to Sportech, signing <br />up for the City's holiday light tour, what to look for when shopping for a space heater, <br />and more. Announcements included Thanksgiving closure and the commission meeting. <br />• The featured social media post this month shares how „ERMU sup 1p <br />f hire Cyr P.Ltir ieintl" f iillll , f ire �iru.�ck Event. Some of our crew vehicles were decorated <br />..........P................................................................................................................................. <br />indicating that staff was available to accept presents from the community and would <br />bring them to a drop off location. <br />• The communications & administrative coordinator attended the APPA Customer <br />Connections Conference, November 13-16. Staff is glad to report ERMU is already doing <br />many things well based on information shared by speakers and attendees. Our crisis <br />communications plan is excellent, and our website received many compliments during <br />roundtable discussions. The conference also covered new ways to engage with the <br />community, resources to build creative social media content, and the importance of <br />diversity, equity, and inclusion. <br />• The communications & administrative coordinator completed training on Adobe <br />InDesign, the software we use to create flyers and bill inserts. The training comes from <br />ed2go.com, an online training solution that offers cost-effective training on the learner's <br />schedule. <br />• The executive administrative manager and operations director facilitated a meeting of <br />the Safety Training workgroup on November 29.
