We are done with all IT and Security <br />work until we are moving into the full building. <br /> <br />• I am still working with engineering firms to begin specifications for replacement of the <br />Otsego substation transformer. Lead times are currently around three years, and with <br />the age of the existing transformer staff is looking to get an order placed in the near <br />future. <br /> <br />• We are reaching out to find a network design consultant to talk through fiber network <br />layout to make sure we are planning for future connections and growth. <br /> <br />• The Information Security Committee met at the end of August and discussed current <br />issues, a few of the topics we talked through were policy, multifactor authentication <br />options, and network scanning equipment. <br />118
