The problem is that there are some loose parts, and the nuts and bolts are
deteriorating. Irby Utilities is helping to facilitate a resolution to this issue. The vendor
who sold the pads has 8 of the 12 left to fix at this time.

• We made the switch from oil filled to open air switch gears. We can get two open air
models for the price of one oil filled model.

• Attending weekly Highway 169 Redefine project meetings. There are very small
adjustments on the electric side of things. We are currently lowering 700 feet of 500
mcm feeder line along Dodge Avenue in front of McDonalds.

• Attended Miske 8th addition pre-construction meeting.

• Working on a plan for the new feeder line from the 14-4 substation down Parrish
Avenue to Otsego to help back up the City of Otsego when needed. We will also replace
equipment on the west side of Parrish Avenue with underground infrastructure and get
rid of the overhead services that cross that road from the main three phase line.

113
