Partnership agreement financial contributions are included in the PIF including FMR/WHHCA <br />maintenance $6,250 annually (2022-26) and a one-time cost of $9,497 for the GNT regional trail master plan. <br /> <br />The Woodland Trails Regional Park storage garage is now estimated at $150,000 for a 30x40’ pole building with <br />overhead doors. Staff recommends a two-stall garage for YAC parks maintenance use estimated at $60,000. <br /> <br />The Commission recommended skate park lighting ($15,000) and YAC safety netting ($125,000) from the Park <br />Dedication Fund. We are still reviewing shade structures for the YAC playground as an alternative that was <br />discussed by the Commission. Staff recommends a camera system at Rivers Edge Commons Park Dock for $9,096. <br /> <br />Projects recommended from the PIF for 2023 are: <br />• Athletic Fields Master Plan - $45,000 <br />• Lions Park Playground Replacement various designs in the range of $100,000 to $300,000 <br />• WTRP storage garage - $150,000 <br />• YAC two stall garage - $60,000 <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />$380,747 - Park Improvement Fund for 2023 <br />$149,096 - Park Dedication Fund for 2022 & 2023 <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Opportunity to live, work and play <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> Park Improvement Fund Spreadsheet <br /> Park Dedication Fund Spreadsheet <br />
