of <br />ver <br />Resolution 22-01 <br />A Resolution of the City of Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br />Establishing the Tax Levy for the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment <br />Authority for the City of Elk River, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.033, Subdivision 6, authorizes the Housing <br />and Redevelopment Authority to levy an amount not to exceed .0185 percent of the <br />estimated market value within the city to be used for housing and redevelopment purposes; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Elk River Housing and Redevelopment Authority anticipates <br />expenditures in 2023 for various housing and redevelopment activities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Elk River Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority requests the City Council for the City of Elk River to levy a tax in <br />the amount of $402,200 for the benefit of the Authority to be used as provided by <br />Minnesota Statutes. <br />Passed and adopted this 6'' day of September, 2022. <br />ATTEST: <br />r <br />Brent O'Neil, HRA Executive Director <br />r0WIa10 sr <br />NATURE-1 <br />
