The funding availability for PIF is based on a minimum Liquor Store Fund transfer of <br />$250,000 per year. <br /> <br />The 2023 project costs are estimates and will be updated for the September meeting. The Woodland Trails <br />Regional Park storage garage project includes design/engineering and construction costs. The Commission <br />requested to bring back the proposed Ninja Play System for consideration in 2023. It has an estimate of $280,000. <br /> <br />Additional Park Dedication projects include YAC safety netting for $180,000 and skate park lighting for $15,000. <br /> <br />Projects recommended from the PIF for 2023 are: <br />• Athletic Fields Master Plan - $45,000 <br />• Lions Park Playground Replacement - $80,000 <br />• Kliever Lake Fields Basketball Court - $50,000 <br />• WTRP storage garage - $130,000 <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />$305,000 – Park Improvement Fund for 2023 <br />$475,000 – Park Dedication Fund for 2023 <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />Opportunity to live, work and play <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> Park Improvement Fund Spreadsheet <br /> Park Dedication Fund Spreadsheet <br /> <br />
