"sue City of Elk River <br />Ver Planning Commission <br />Resolution 22-01 <br />A Resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Elk River Finding <br />that the Sale of Property is Consistent with the <br />Elk River Comprehensive Plan <br />WHEREAS, The City of Elk River ("the City") is negotiating with Decklan Group on <br />behalf of GATR Truck Center ("Buyer") for the sale of approximately 6.875 acres of Outlot <br />B, Natures Edge Business Center Third Addition ("Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Property is currently vacant, un-developed land, that will be developed by <br />the Buyer to support the vehicle maintenance operations on their adjacent property; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Elk River Comprehensive Plan guides the property for Business <br />Park; and <br />WHEREAS, Minn. Stat. 462.356, Subd. 2 requires the Planning Commission to review the <br />City's proposed disposition of property for consistency with the Comprehensive Municipal <br />Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Elk River, Minnesota, as follows: The proposed sale of approximately 6.875 acres of the <br />Property legally described as Outlot B, Natures Edge Business Center Third Addition is <br />consistent with the Comprehensive Municipal Plan. <br />Passed and adopted this 26th day of July 2022. <br />Jill arson -Vito, Planning Commission Chair <br />ATTEST: <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />POVt1[I 8T <br />NATURE <br />
