The current zoning of these subject properties is still Focused <br />Area Study (FAST) and need to be rezoned to match their underlying land use. <br /> <br />Staff has prepared a draft zone change map, based on the land use designations, for the Planning Commission to <br />review and provide comment. <br /> <br />The Comprehensive Plan also points towards the creation of a new or significantly changed residential zoning <br />districts.
