Elk River Community Room <br />Meeting Room Summary <br />The Elk River Library has a community meeting room available for public use. The room <br />accommodates up to 40 people comfortably, and has fifteen 24x54" tables and 46 chairs. There <br />is also a projector with laptop plug -ins. <br />The room has access to wireless internet. <br />If a laptop computer is needed, you must provide your own. You are responsible for knowing <br />how to use the computer. No technical assistance is offered. If you wish to practice using the <br />equipment, please allow additional time in your reservation before the event is to start. <br />All meetings and events held in the room must be free of charge and open to the public. The <br />room is not available for commercial purposes or private functions. <br />Hours of Use: <br />Monday thru Thursday: 10:30am — 7:30pm <br />Friday: 10:30am — 4:30pm <br />Saturday: 10:30am - 1:30pm <br />Sunday: Closed <br />Room Policies <br />Purpose <br />These rules establish procedures and regulations for the use of the community and study rooms <br />at the Elk River Public Library. Certain policies apply only to the community room, and are <br />presented as such. <br />Description <br />The community room is located in the lobby of the Elk River Public Library. The room can <br />accommodate up to 40 people. The room is provided as a community service for residents as a <br />gathering space for the exchange of information and ideas. <br />Three study rooms are located throughout the library. These rooms can accommodate up to <br />four people. These rooms are for individuals to read, study, or contemplate in some quiet and <br />privacy, and for people to come together to learn and exchange information and ideas. <br />
