��i <br />Elk River � <br />Municipal Utilities UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br />TO: FROM: <br />ERMU Commission Thomas Geiser — Operations Director <br />MEETING DATE: AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br />July 12, 2022 6.1g <br />SUBJECT: <br />Staff Update <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />None <br />DISCUSSION: <br />• Staff has been attending meetings with Sherburne County to plan for the County Road <br />44 project. <br />• Staff is attending a lot of construction meetings for upcoming jobs this summer. <br />• Material orders remain an issue for all departments. Lead times and prices continue to <br />grow. <br />• Completed yearly employee reviews this past month. <br />• Met with the staff at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds to help fix/add lights and move <br />a pole before the fair starts. <br />• Crews had a busy Fourth of July week with outages. Trees, animals, lightning, and <br />contractor excavations were all causes. <br />• Started working on budget items for the 2023 Season. <br />• Staff has been attending lots of Advanced Metering Infrastructure meetings. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />97 <br />
