We are working with <br />communications staff to create messaging on social media for continuous education on <br />ERMU's billing practices. <br />• Staff continue to work with Republic Services on missed trash and recycling pickups and <br />on the service some customers are receiving. The next meeting is scheduled for July 14. <br />• Customer service representatives are testing the WebEx phone system along with the <br />City. <br />• Walk in traffic at the office for June consisted of 93 customers, averaging 19 per week <br />over the 5-week period. <br />• ERMU disconnects for June: <br />o Cycle 2— 17 disconnects <br />o Cycle 3— 22 disconnects <br />o Cycle 4— 15 disconnects <br />o Cycle 1— 35 disconnects <br />o Cycle 2-13 disconnects (5 Wednesday month) <br />As of July 6, two apartments and one commercial building are still disconnected. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />91 <br />
