Call Meeting to Order <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of Multipurpose Facility <br />Advisory Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m.by Chair Dave Williams <br /> <br /> <br />2. Consider 5/31/2022 Agenda <br /> <br />Per Chair Dave Williams, agenda does not need to be considered for special <br />meeting. <br /> <br />3. Action Item <br /> <br />3.1 Ice Hockey Community Branding Proposal <br /> <br />Motion by Vice Chair Peterson and seconded by Commissioner Loidolt to <br />make a recommendation to the City Council to move forward with the <br />“Group A” branding elements which includes the State Banners, the State <br />Champions Wall, and the Boys/Girls Team Photos with Backlit ER Light all <br />to be located withing Cornerstone Automotive Arena. Motion Carries 8-0. <br /> <br />No motion brought forward for “Home of the Elks” element on the grand staircase <br />wall. <br /> <br />Motion made by Commissioner Hecker and seconded by Vice Chair Peterson <br />to designate main level area between east entrance to the Cornerstone <br />Automotive Arena and the water fountains for the Hockey Day in MN <br />element. All branding and graphics installations are pending approval by the <br />City of Elk River Motion carries 8-0. (Group B) <br /> <br />
