As part of their proposal, the applicant requested approval of two variances from the Board of <br />Adjustments, a reduced front yard setback and a reduction in the number of surface stalls required. The Board <br />approved both requests but included a condition that requires a proof of parking agreement identifying where the <br />additional parking stalls could be constructed, along `vith standards for `vhen those stalls may be required. <br />The attached agreement mirrors earlier proof of parking agreements approved byT the CityT Council and will run <br />peYpetually with the propertyr.
