Land Use Amendment (LU 22-02) shall be approved and recorded. <br />2. Conditional Use Permit (CU 22-12) shall be approved and recorded. <br />3. PaYk dedication shall be paid at the Yate applicable prior to Yeleasing the plat foY YecoYding. <br />Background/Discussion <br />Case No. P 22-06 <br />The applicant is Yequesting a Final Plat in support of their rniui- <br />storage Yequest, which includes a Land Use Amendment (Case No. <br />LU 22-02) and Conditional Use Permit (Case No. CU 22-12) at the <br />southeast intersection of Twin Lakes Road NW and 171s` Lane, at <br />10688 171s` Lane NW, foY appro�mately 2.21 acYes of pYopertyr. <br />The propertyr is currentlyr platted as Outlot F of Elk RiveY Station, and <br />the proposed plat will cYeate one buildable lot to support the <br />proposed mini-storage facilit�r.
