The final site plan, landscape plan, and architectural materials <br />shall be approved by cityr staff as a peYmitted use within the <br />PUD. <br />Background/Discussion <br />Case No. CU 22-12 <br />The propertyT is currentlyT zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD), <br />and the Comprehensive Plan guides the propertyT for Mixed <br />Residential. The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit <br />(CUP) to establish a ne�v PUD allowing construction of four mini- <br />Figure I <br />CR 33 <br />i <br />CR 12 <br />• <br />�P <br />�w� <br />�O <br />% <br />69 <br />storage structures, a Land Use Amendment guiding the property for Neighborhood Commercial (LU 22-02), and a <br />final plat to establish a buildable paYcel (P 22-06). <br />The Planning Commission and CinT Council revie�ved a similar proposal as a concept revie�v this past `vinter and <br />were generallyT supportive of the proposed use (including the land use change).
