Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 and over. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />The Parks and Recreation Department submitted application for a Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for <br />Elk RiverFest scheduled for Saturday, July 30, 2022. <br /> <br />The beer garden will be open from 5 – 9 p.m. on Main Street between Jackson Ave and King Ave and in <br />the city parking area behind Sunshine Depot to the Occasional Fling.
