We received 16 applications and offered interviews to eight candidates. Following second interviews, <br />background and reference checks, we recommend Joel Boutin for the position. <br /> <br />Mr. Boutin grew up in the plumbing industry first working for his dad in his plumbing business, eventually owning <br />that business, and then moving on to work as a Master Plumber for B & B Plumbing. In 2021 he became a union <br />plumber with the Local 15 and has worked multiple jobs through the union. <br /> <br />Mr. Boutin will start at step A of pay grade 2N.
