The Yezoning is consistent with the Cityr of Elk River Land Use <br />Plan adopted as paYt of the Cityr of Elk RiveY CompYehensive <br />Plan. <br />And with the following conditions: <br />1. The Land Use Amendment to Mixed Residential (LU 22-01) <br />shall be approved b�T the Cit�T Council. <br />2. The e�sting drive�ua�T along the east propert�T line must be <br />improved to cit�T standards consistent �vith private streets <br />3.
