The original permit <br />was put in place before the peaking plant was online and was fuYtheY based on foYecasted flow volumes and <br />concentrarions of sewage. With a clear historyT of both, we have determined the volume and sewage analyTsis fall <br />far shoYt of any needs for this special peYmit to be in place. <br />We support the request and herebyT recommend the Council take formal action to terminate the permit. GRE will <br />continue to discharge to our se`verage syTstem without anyT changes.
