Call Meetins to Order <br /> <br />Commissioner Wille called the meetins to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Consider Asenda for the September 24, 1985 Plannins <br />Commission Meetins <br /> <br />Item 5.5 - sisn for Food-N-Fuel was added to the asenda. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER WILSON MOVED TO ACCEPT THE SEPTEMBER 24, 1985 <br />AGENDA AS AMENDED. COMMISSIONER FUCHS SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />THE MOTION PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Consider Minutes of the Ausust 27, 1985 Plannins Commission <br />minutes <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilson noted that on pase two of the minutes, it <br />should state' "Commissioner' War-ner- seconded the motion". <br />Commissioner Wille noted that on pase five under Item 7, <br />number- two should r'ead 2.5 acr-(? minimum lot size". <br />"Commissioner' Me'r'ick note-d that on F'ase five under- <br />Item #7.5 should be added Commissioner Merrick was <br />asainst any further development north of Elk Hills <br />Dr'ive. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS MOVED TO APPROVE THE AUGUST 27. 1985 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES AS AMENDED. COMMISSIONER MERRICK <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br />5.5 Request for Enlarsement Sisn at Food-N-Fuel/Gary Santwire <br /> <br />Gary Santwire was not present for this issue. Discussion was <br />carried on by the Plannins Commission re9ardins the si9n at <br />Food-N-Fuel. Commissioner Merrick indicated he would like .to <br />see- this tabled until Mr. Santwire comes back with a new <br />pr'OF-'osa 1. <br /> <br /> <br />The Plannins Commission consensus, however, was to only allow <br />one freestanding si9n with the Phillip's 66 5i9n on the pole <br />
