The Comprehensive Plan made numerous changes to the Highway Business,Business Park, and <br /> Industrial categories. The Zoning Map should be updated to reflect the recently approved land uses. <br /> Staff is only presenting the changes to the Highway Business,Business Park, and Industrial categories currently. <br /> Remaining land use and zoning districts will be discussed later. <br /> Staff also suggests a few changes to the Land Use map,largely due to overlooked or omitted parcels. For <br /> example, the property just east of Zylstra's was approved to have a Land Use of Traditional Single-Family <br /> Residential but should be guided for Highway Business. <br /> Please review the proposed Land Use and Zoning Maps.
