Among the topics: <br /> A closed meeting is scheduled following the EDA meeting for updates from Hardin Companies on leads related to <br /> EDA-owned properties. <br /> Staffing—we are planning an intern joining the Economic Development staff this month to provide support to the <br /> EDA and HRA. <br /> Coordinating an upcoming joint meeting of HRA and EDA to receive a demonstration of the Placer.ai technology. <br /> The Beautification Committee will reconvene in May after a winter hiatus. One point of discussion will be the <br /> committee's direction and activities for 2022 and whether to take on initiatives in addition to the annual <br /> beautification award. <br /> Recent advertisement in Expansion Solutions magazine. <br /> Upcoming Joint Finance Committee meeting. <br /> Financial Impact <br /> N/A <br /> Mission/Policy/Goal <br /> Support Elk River's existing businesses through relationship building,programmatic offerings, and high-quality city <br /> services.
