Plans show 537 residential units consisting of a variety of housing types closest
to Cleveland/County Road 40.
Several years ago, the Parks and Recreation Commission recommended a 4-6-acre park in this development
adjacent to the pond. The approximate location is shown as Outlot B on the concept plan.
Suggestions for trail connections based on the Trails Master Plan, and the park location are identified on the
residential project concept plan. Recommendations regarding park amenities can be developed during the park’s
master planning process. Excavation work will begin this summer and construction should start in 2023.
The park location, size, configuration, and trail connections will return to the Commission as an action item later
this year.
Financial Impact
None
Mission/Policy/Goal
Support the growth and development of the community.
Attachments
Location Map and City Trail Master Plan
Residential Project Concept Plan
