City ordinances to not support the proposed uses and the <br />applicant would like to understand the City Council's level of support <br />for a rezoning to support the uses outlined in the concept plan. <br />CR 33 <br />Mini -storage uses are currently only allowed within certain commercial <br />and industrial districts outside of the urban service area. This parcel <br />does not meet that requirement. Plans also show a possible land swap <br />with the city. Please review the plans and provide the applicant with RR <br />informal feedback on his concept proposal. <br />h 10 <br />Planning Commission <br />-- CR"z-. _ <br />The Planning Commission was generally in favor of the light industrial = - <br />near the highway and mini storage in the rear of the parcel, so the <br />visual entrance to the city was more attractive. They preferred outdoor <br />storage to be screened by the mini -storage buildings.
