Interior or <br /> exterior seating is not proposed. Figure i <br /> The existing parking lot serves the former ISD 728 building which has now been converted to an office <br /> building containing numerous health and wellness uses. The proposed drive-thru removes the circular <br /> drive through the parking lot and creates two dead-ended parking areas.
