Meeting of the <br />Multipurpose Facility Advisory Commission <br />Held at Furniture and Things Community Event Center <br />Thursday, December 2, 2021 <br />Members Present: Chair Williams, Jim Hecker, Greg Loidolt, Jacob Peterson, Kara <br />Walker, Matt Westgaard, Mike Westgaard <br />Members Absent: Mike Cunningham <br />Staff Present: Superintendent, Tim Dalton, Assistant Facility Supervisor, Megan <br />Leeseberg, Assistant Facility Supervisor, Billy Hunter, Michael <br />Hecker, Parks and Recreation Director <br />1. Call Meeting to Order <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Multipurpose Facility <br />Advisory Commission was called to order at 6:31 p.m, by Chair Williams. <br />2. Consider Agenda <br />Moved by Commissioner Loidolt and seconded by Commissioner Matt <br />Westgaard to approve the December 2, 2021, Multipurpose Facility Advisory <br />Commission Agenda. Motion carried 7-0. <br />3.1 Consider 1 1/04/2021 Regular Meeting Minutes <br />Moved by Commissioner Hecker and seconded by Commissioner Mike <br />Westgaard to approve the following November 4, 2021, Multipurpose Facility <br />Advisory Commission Minutes. Motion carried 7-0. <br />4. Open Forum <br />No one spoke at the open forum. <br />S. Presentations <br />No presentations. <br />6.1 Task Force Continuation as Recommending Body for Facility Branding <br />and Graphics <br />Mr. Dalton discussed the next steps for the Facility Branding and Graphics. The <br />next steps are to have the commission members recommend what the first zone to <br />brand will be. Commission members will start a process of what the guidelines are <br />for what type of graphics or displays will be allowed in each zone. <br />
