HANDOUT AT MEETING - RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING CONTRIBUTION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22-3 <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF ELK RIVER MUNICIPAL UTILITIES <br />ACKNOWLEDGING CONTIRUBTION <br />WHEREAS, Elk River Municipal Utilities is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, Elk River Municipal Utilities received a $1,825 donation from the Zimmerman <br />Fire Department with the intent that it be used by Elk River Municipal Utilities for the <br />purchase of an automated external defibrillator. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Elk River Municipal <br />Utilities to acknowledge the support and commend the Zimmerman Fire Department for <br />their donation. <br />This Resolution Passed and Adopted this 8th day of March 2022. <br />0oh.z hair <br />Theresa Siominski, General Manager <br />
